Overview
A perimeter with a hundred cameras produces more footage than any control room can watch. In practice the recordings are reviewed after an incident rather than used to prevent one, and the capital cost of replacing an entire camera estate with "AI cameras" is rarely justifiable.
ProactiveGuard is a software layer over the cameras already installed. It analyses the existing feeds — face recognition and cross-zone tracking, perimeter monitoring, licence plate recognition, and image enhancement — and raises alerts while a situation is still developing.
The same layer covers every camera-based problem an organisation has: a defence perimeter, a stretch of road, a depot gate, or the floor of a restaurant. What changes is which detections matter, not the underlying system.
It runs on premise. For defence, government and critical-infrastructure deployments, footage never leaves the facility, which is a requirement rather than a preference in those settings.
